Our Training and development programs are structured in accordance with our clients’ needs as they can be customized and delivered in-plant/in-house and at locations of choice. We have a system in place with a post training follow-up on all our participants with our clients. This is to measure the level of improvement in the roles of the participants as it relates to the training program undertaken. Training to us is not just a yearly ritual but an investment with an expected Return on Training Investment (RoTI) which can be measured through our post training follow-up.
Our training programs are approached and delivered through;
- In-Plant/In-House Training Delivery: All our training programs are delivered in-plant/in-house for clients with both parties agreeing on set objectives for the training. This approach enables us to use the equipment of clients to carryout hands-on practice sessions and case studies built around those specifics without unnecessarily making the training generic. This also makes it easier for participants to transfer knowledge to their work responsibilities more easily and improve their efficiency.
- Customized Training delivered at locations of choice: We customize training programs for clients to specifically address identified skill gaps and at the end of the training bequeath to the participants the right skill sets. We collaborate with our clients to work on the learning expectations based on a previous needs assessment. This form of training is targeted at a specific audience and areas of need of our clients.
- Scheduled Short/Open Training: We offer training programs on Short/Open scheduled bases for Soft Skills/Non-Technical and Technical and HSE training programs. These training programs are delivered at our office with scheduled dates on our yearly training calendar. The training calendar can always be downloaded from our website or contact us through our numbers or email for electronic copies.
Prior to our Short/Open training programs commencement, we send pre-course questionnaires to our participants to capture their expectations and also lets us know areas of great importance to them pertaining to the course. This enables us put together a training program that is robust and accommodates participants needs thus making them come out of the training well equipped with the right knowledge and skills to function efficiently in their jobs. This is to avoid making the training too generic without much benefits.
